Refund Policy:

Official Exams Help accepts all kinds of refund claims based on the following conditions.

• If Official Exams Help fails to deliver your work within the agreed-upon time.
• If Official Exams Help does not deliver the same quality of work as promised earlier.
• If your refund request has been placed within 30 days of order delivery.
• 25% of the amount is deducted from all orders in terms of service charges.
• If the order is cancelled before the work is assigned to an expert, you are entitled to a full refund (service charges excluded).

Official Exams Help holds sole authority to accept or reject any refund claims.

After the approval of the refund department, your refund request will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.

Refunds may take 7 working days to reach your accounts after the beginning of processing.

Revision Policy

As per our policy, we offer multiple free revisions to our customers (up to five times) on a single order.

All revision requests are subjected to the following terms and conditions:

• If the service is not par excellence according to the instructions provided by the customer and the same is proven by the customer.
• If the work delivered contains typographical, photographic, linguistic or spelling errors.
• If the work does not contain proper citations according to the directed format.
